Whenever the threat of tariffs raises its ugly head, market volatility is never far behind.

Since the start of February, the global economy has been perplexed, confused, and filled with tension about a global trade war that could bring down global economic activity. The situation remains so fluid, I admittedly had a really difficult time putting together this edition of Monthly Market Perspectives. The information you deem to be factual right now could be super old news with a single tweet by the President.

With that being said, Click the below attachment to access the latest edition of Monthly Market Perspectives as we continue to navigate and digest what seems like a very uncertain time.

Also worth mentioning is that we have been here before - and while the storyline always has a different twist, turn and variation - the outcome for the long-term investor remains undefeated. This too shall pass.

With the S&P 500 now down roughly 7-8% from its peak on February 19, this is the largest pull back since last August. This period marks the 30th correction greater than 5% off a high since the March 2009 low. The one thing they all had in common? They all seemed like the end of the world at the time.
